  •       A $90 Cleaning/Setup Fee for each booking
  •       Hawaii Lodgings Taxes Apply to the nightly rental rate (13.41%)
    Rates are based on 4 guests; each additional guest $15/night with a maximum of 6 guests 
  •      A Resort Fee of $13/day is paid upon check-in at the front desk.  This fee provides you    with parking, pool amenities, laundry facilities, exercise facilities, and wireless internet access.
  •       U.S. $350 deposit is required to confirm your dates.  This deposit may be paid via check or credit  card .  Paypal is also accepted.
  •       Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.  We have the right to resell 
  •       your reservation if payment is not made on time.
  •       Minimum stay at Christmas of 10 nights or more.  Reserve Christmas dates early as they book very quickly.
  •       For stays of 20 nights or more, 1/3 of the nightly rent is due as a
  •       deposit.

To Book Maui Kaanapali Villas A402:

  1.  Please email or call about availability (502)291-5877.  We have an online calendar you can check but all dates may not be added due to awaiting deposit money. 
  2.  Email your mailing information along with a contact phone number.  A letter and rental agreement will be attached to email detailing your stay. 
  3.  A deposit of $350 along with the signed rental agreement must be returned to confirm your dates. Once received, your preferred dates will be confirmed.  The deposit can be paid with a check or credit card.  If by credit card, payment can be processed over the phone or an invoice can be sent via Paypal.
  4.  The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.  All arrival instructions regarding your stay will then be mailed. 
  5.  The booking process is very simple.  If you should ever have any questions, don't hesitate to email or call.  Enjoy your stay on this magical island of Maui!
